4. Troubleshooting: one. There is a lock switch on the left side of the SD card. Make sure the lock switch is slid upwards (unlocked position). You will not be able to change or delete the contents of the memory card if it is locked
b. Because SDXC uses a different file system called exFAT and works differently than standard SD cards, this new format is NOT backward compatible with host devices that only take SD (128MB to 2GB) or host devices that only take SDHC (4GB to 32GB). Most host devices built after 2010 must be SDXC compatible
